It's Armin's Rolls Royce. Brandies that have spent at least 20 years in oak barrels to achieve exceptional roundness. Only 1936 bottles, in homage to the date of creation of the Armagnac AOC, are available.

EACH DROP OF ARMAGNAC ARMIN 20 YEARS IS:

  • 🇫🇷 700 years of French history (Armagnac is the oldest French spirit).
  • 🍇 White grapes from two typically Armagnac grape varieties: Baco (50%) and Ugni (50%)
  • 🔥 An Armagnac copper still used for distillation
  • 🪵 Minimum 20 years of aging in a hand-crafted oak barrel.
  • 🐓 The work of 3 friends passionate about the region and good products.

The eaux-de-vie from this blend were distilled between 1989 and 1998 and aged for a minimum of 20 years in pedunculate oak barrels. Once again, it was Gilles Bartholomo, the last active cooper in the region, who made the oak pieces (barrels) by hand.

Can you find our dear Armin's butt in this edition?

“ARMIN”?
“Armin” [pronounced armine] is a Frankish soldier who distinguished himself at the Battle of Vouillé in 507 against the Visigoths. To reward him for his bravery, Clovis offered him a county in the southwest of France. This land first called “Arminius”, the country of Armin in Latin, will become “Arminhac” in Gascon before taking the definitive name “Armagnac”.
